18Kaas was published by ERJO Games: Erno und Joris
For 18KAAS the rules of 1830 are valid. Even the names of the corporation and the
private companies (and their abilities) are the same.
There is a new map and three new tiles:
The green B+ tile 52 and the brown B+ tile 61 may by placed on G9 only
The brown U-tile 72 may be placed on I13 only. On I13 tile 63 may not be placed.
C21 and G21, J4 and L2 and J18 and K19 belong to a foreighn country each:
Bremen/Hannover, Engeland, Ruhrgebied.
The Ruhrgebied (J18 and K19) has no value by itself, it doubles the value of all other towns
on the route, but it counts as town.
Alternative rule(s) Ruhrgebied:
The Ruhrgebied (J18 and K19) has no value by itself, it increases the value of all other towns
on the route by 20 (30), but it counts as town.
You may build on G13 in the green phase first.
The yellow preprinted NY-tile on G11 is different from the NY-tile in 1830 and can be
upgraded in two different ways.
